Discovery

DeLuna & Co. will provide a discovery survey and shared folder for you to upload your new or existing website content, including text, photos, videos, logos, graphics, and any color or design preferences.

Your project start date will be scheduled once your discovery materials are completed and submitted.

Design

Once your content has been submitted, our studio will begin the full website design and content transfer process, elevating it all to feel polished, cohesive, and tailored to your brand. Every site is built with careful attention to detail and responsiveness across all devices.

This allows us to offer a more efficient timeline and cost-effective pricing while still delivering a professional, customized result.

Delivery

Once the studio has completed your website, it will be delivered for review. We can assist with transferring your domain or pointing it to your new site.

Your package also includes one 30-minute video call to walk you through how to make basic content edits in Squarespace.

After final approval, ownership of the website will be transferred to you.

What you’ll need to provide before your website build begins:

  • Branding – Your logo, color palette, mood board, inspiration, or any websites you love.

  • Content – Finalized website copy for each of the pages included in your package.

  • Images and Graphics – Headshots, team photos, business photography, and any graphics you would like incorporated into the site.

Package Notes

  • One round of revisions is included during the review stage before final handoff.

  • Additional support or updates after delivery are billed separately.

  • Final website copy is to be provided by the client unless copywriting is added to the package. Copywriting pricing varies.

  • The full process takes one week from the date your completed discovery materials are submitted.

    Once you inquire and schedule your project, we will send over a discovery survey and shared folder for content collection. Your website build will begin once all branding, copy, images, and other discovery materials have been submitted.

    From there, we complete your website within one week, including design, content transfer, review, final refinements, and handoff.

    We typically book a few weeks in advance, so contact us early to reserve your spot.

  • Yes. If you already have a logo, just send it over in a transparent PNG format and we will add it to your site.

    If you do not have a logo yet, you can either add a basic logo design to your package or keep it simple by having your business name displayed in text format.

  • It depends on your business needs and the pages you choose. From our experience, we typically recommend having 1 to 2 headshots, business, or team photos, plus around 10 to 12 additional images for a multi-page website. Stock images are welcome, too.

  • Your website will be fully yours after the build. We transfer account ownership to you during the final handoff and launch call.

    From there, you are welcome to hire us for future updates, work with another contractor, or make edits yourself. Your package also includes a 30-minute video call to walk you through basic content edits in Squarespace.

  • Squarespace hosting is paid directly to Squarespace and typically ranges from $192 to $276 per year, depending on the plan you choose. We will walk you through your options during both the discovery and delivery calls.

    You will also need a domain name in mind or know where your current domain is managed and how to access it.

    If you do not already have a domain, we can help you secure one free for the first year through Squarespace, as long as it is available and your plan qualifies.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your project and hold your place in our schedule. The remaining balance is due before final delivery, domain connection assistance, and transfer of website ownership.

  • Your package includes one 30-minute video call to walk you through how to make basic content edits in Squarespace after handoff.

    If you need additional support after launch, you are welcome to hire DeLuna & Co. in the future for one-time updates or on a monthly retainer.

    Finally, all Squarespace customers always have 24/7 customer support available directly from Squarespace.
