Who We Are
DeLuna & Co. was founded by Rachelle Mohtadi, a Jacksonville native with a background in both creativity and technology.
Before starting the studio, Rachelle spent over a decade in tech, with experience spanning web development, software engineering, and engineering leadership. Her career began in frontend development and grew into leadership roles building digital products, platforms, and teams across startups and larger tech companies.
Today, DeLuna & Co. brings that same combination of thoughtful design, technical knowledge, and client care to small business websites and visual brand materials. Rachelle is also the founder and artist behind DeLuna Ink, a fine line tattoo studio rooted in intentional design and elevated client experience.
The result is a more intentional, polished process for businesses that want to show up professionally online without the overwhelm.
